The scene: Night Safari's Creatures of the Night Show

Okay... for those who are familair with the concept of the animal show at the zoo you would all know about the infamous 'loosing a phython' segment where they would hide a snake among the audience.

Being aware of it, we were cautious of where we were sat at the show and were certain we were sitting in the 'safe' zone. So naturally when the segment came about I was looking at the spot where the snake would be found, unaware of the harmless zoo keeper that came creeping up the side of our seats. Suddenly! AHHHHHHH!!!! BLACK BLACK WHITE!!

This followed by my famous ear piercing scream, up came my legs and my hands went straight for Ruth's arm!

The other zoo keeper came running and asked what was the commotion about. Only to be told that was the colour of our slippers. *face covers with embarassment* and the amphitheatre bursts into laughter. *rats*
